The Bodyline Workout is designed to create posture awareness and stability. We will be focusing on working with anterior and posterior pelvic positions, as well as devolping upper body and core strength. These movements will help improve other skills we will be working on in the furture (Handstands and Planche).
We will also be incorperating leg exercises throughout the workout and will challenge your strength in a new and exciting ways.
All you will need for the workout is your body weight and a chair/couch/table.
