Course Overview

S&C Workout V.1 focuses on improving your unilateral movement in both your lower and upper body. We'll prep you with two "flows" giving you more freedom of movement before diving into the workout. We'll take you through exercises that will improve your balance, coordination and load tolerance for your joints and tendons.

S&C V.1 is the perfect combination of strength, conditioning and mobility to leave you feeling strong and limber.

This workout can be performed at home with just your body weight, a chair or bench and your sneakers.
