Bodyweight Endurance Builder (BEB) is a workout to strengthen your muscles and improve their work capacity with familiar, yet challenging, exercises. This workout consists of high volume sets and reps that will work your whole body. We'll use exercise regressions and progressions to help you get the most out of this workout.

This workout can be done at home with just your body weight and a towel.
