This is a 45 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. It's designed to target your full body and involves a mix of strength and cardio exercises. We'll elevate your heart rate by incorporating high repetition counts and Tabata intervals throughout the workout! We’ll finish with a short stretch and cool down.
We’ll be using dumbbells and bands for this workout. As well as a timer/clock to keep track of your working sets.
