Gymnastics Strength Workout (GSW) is a great way to learn basic bodyline positions and explore uncommon "range of motion" you typically wouldn't discover during conventional workouts. This workout consists of specific movements that could highlight potential mobility restrictions in your body. We'll use exercise regressions and progressions to help you move past those restrictions.
