Course Overview

The “Partner Workout” focuses on a full body strength and conditioning workout. It’s designed for two people to work out together, however, if you don’t have a workout buddy at home, timee your rest for 30 seconds between each set. We'll take you through exercises that will improve your balance, coordination and body awareness during this workout. The Partner Workout is the perfect combination of strength, conditioning and mobility to leave you feeling strong and energized.

This workout can be performed at home with just your body weight.
