The Dirty 30 workout is deisgned to elevate your heartrate and improve your cardiovasuclar conditioning by getting your whole body moving. We are going to take you through a full body burn using just your body weight.
The workout will consist of 3 working sets, each set will have three exercises and we will perform each exercise for 30 seconds. There will be a 10 second break in between each exercise and a 30 second rest at the end of each round.
