Beach Body Blast is a Kettlebell or Dumbbell bodyweight circuit designed to get you ready for the beach following this quarantine! We will be elevating your the heart rate with a H.I.I.T. style workout for your full body, however extra emphasis will be put on the shoulders, chest, and core!
You’ll need a Kettlebell or Dumbbell for the workout, however, if you don’t have one, you can fill a cloth bag or backpack with weight for the workout.
